Movie: Kitchen Stories
Quirky, hilarious, strange and utterly charming. We do occasionally see movies about men becoming friends, but not often and the focus is on what they do together - rob banks, or play football or seek peak experiences. ... Finally we can break the stereotype that says men can only be friends when they do stuff together - and it’s done without getting mawkish. We laugh, we cry, but they look on, stoically.
